The Alexandra bridge is, according to Wikipedia ([link]) a 'steel truss cantilever bridge', finished in 1900, which connects the city of Ottawa to Gatineau. It's a focal point on the Ottawa River given its amazing detail. In the 1950s the bridge, originally used for rail service, was converted to an all-vehicle format, thus the beauty seen today. At night the colors that make up the bridge really come out. Enjoy!

The burden of your pain is a cross that you take up daily, God never lets our crosses be bigger than we are strong.

"Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus"

Thankies. The originals had a fence in the way, since there's a small fifty foot drop just on the other side of the fence. However, there's a four foot ledge just to the other side of the fence, so I told the friend I was with to spot me for falling or police as I set up the tripod on this little ledge. It was loads of fun. Not getting caught was even more fun ;).

Thankies for the fav luv.

Excellent shot!

Originality is the fine art of remembering what you see, yet managing to forget where you've seen it.

Have some fun :) Night Shots
